Tangy Spicy Green Beans

One of my very favorite dishes is tangy spicy green beans.  It's a Chinese dish.  The original recipe calls for deep frying the green beans in the wok.  Recently we started roasting the green beans in the oven instead of deep frying them.  Makes the dish taste even better and is easier to do as well... a win, win.
