Rutabega Hash with Froached Eggs

Diane Morgan has a great recipe for Rutabega Hash.  We had it tonight with froached eggs.  It was so very good.

To froach eggs, saute at medium heat until the white begins to turn white.  Add about half a cup of boiling water and cover tightly until yolk skins over (happens pretty fast).
